Fee:
- A 50 % deposit and a signed contract agreement will secure your date.
- The balance of your professional investment is due on or before the date of the presentation. Any incidental expenses (such as cab fare) plus other travel will be billed immediately following the presentation and will be due within 30 days.
- A Joyzone representative will clearly discuss expenses with the meeting organizer.
Travel Arrangements and Expenses:
- Our team prefers to make their own airline reservations and will work with your travel agent if you prefer.
- The meeting organizer is responsible to make the hotel arrangement. A non-smoking room is preferred.
- If your event is in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), we will drive to your event. After the first hour of drive time, the mileage rate is $0.40 per km.
- You may choose how you want the Joyzone Team to get from your local airport to the hotel/venue where your event will be held. Shuttle cars, cabs, rental car and pick-ups are all options. We will ask to be reimbursed for any amount spent on additional transportation.
Room Set-up and AV Equipment:
- A cordless headset or lapel microphone is our first choice, with the second choice being a cordless hand-held microphone.
- Please ensure that the audience is in close proximity to the speaker as this makes for a more intimate interactive audience participation.
- A laptop, LCD projector and a large screen may be used in some keynotes/seminars. Please make sure there is an AC outlet or extension cord conveniently located at the front where we will be speaking. A Projector/Screen will have to be supplied for events that we need to be flown in on.
- If you grant permission for products to be sold, a 6-8 foot table is also required directly inside the meeting room. It is appreciated if the host would announce that learning resources and Joyzone products are available immediately following Joyzone’s Motivational Speaking and Seminars.
- You will receive a copy of each Joyzone speaker’s introduction prior to the event. We will bring an extra copy with us.
- We would appreciate having a moment with the person introducing us prior to the presentation.
- A Joyzone representative will send you masters of the resource handout, if any, prior to the event.
